Return & Refund Policy
  1. 1. This Return and Refund policy is applicable for online purchase via Multicare Online Store only.


  1. 2. For products Return/Refund, customer need to submit the request to our customer service through email [email protected] upon 3 days of receiving the products.


  1. 3. Please allow up to 7 working days for your request to be processed.


  1. 4. Return/Refund of products will be arranged under the following reason:

            a. If the product delivered was damaged or defective in condition,

            b. If the product is out of date or expired,

            c. If the product delivered is different from the product ordered.


  1. 5. After customer receive the confirmation email for the product Return/Refund, customer shall return the product in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.


  1. 6. All refunds will be credited into customer’s account within 2 months after we receive the product from customer.


  1. 7. Purchase of products under the following category are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE:

            a. Products under sales and promotion,

            b. Discount voucher being applied,

            c. Personal Hygiene product,

            d. Disposable product.
