Evening primrose oil:
It is an oil extracted from seeds of the evening primrose plant (Oenothera biennis) - a wildflower that grows in eastern and central North America. It is a commonly used alternative therapy and a rich source of omega-6 essential fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid.
