Exchange or Return/Refund Policy
Shoppers are advised to immediately examine the item(s) for any deficiencies and/or damage upon receipt of the item(s). Any exchange or return/refund of item(s) shall only be allowed for the following reasons:-
a) The item(s) is damaged or defective; or b) There is/are missing part/parts or item(s) from the order; or c) The item(s) delivered is different from the product description as ordered; or d) The item(s) delivered expires in less than 6 months and/or has expired.
To be eligible for an exchange or return/refund, you MUST firstly lodge your complaint to our customer service by emailing us at ecommerce@sunwaymulticare.com.my within 3 working days from the date of receipt of said item(s) to state the reason for returning the item(s). You are required to provide a picture/video of the received item to prove that you qualify for the exchange/refund. You will get a confirmation from us to confirm your return of the item(s).
You shall thereafter return the item(s) to us within five (5) working days from the date of receiving our confirmation of your return. Please note that your claim for exchange or return/refund will be void if you return the item(s) to us without receiving prior confirmation from us.
When returning the item(s), your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
All item(s) sold at Sunway Multicare Pharmacy Online store are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-replaceable at any of our physical outlets.
All refunds shall be made based on the exact amount paid by you for the item(s).
When returning the item(s) to us, you shall be responsible for the delivery and packaging charges associated with the return. You shall also bear the risk of the returned item(s) while it is in transit until the item(s) is received by us. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the item(s) while the item(s) is in transit to us.
You are advised to pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage to the item(s), or its box, or its original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any claim for exchange or return/refund after receiving your return of the item(s) if we determine that your return does not comply with this exchange or return/refund policy.
If we approve your claim for exchange or return/refund, we will exchange the same item(s) for you OR refund you the amount paid for the item(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s) by us.
If you are requesting for an exchange, please note each item shall be exchanged for the exact same item i.e. same brand, quantity and volume.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of reasons or products which we will not accept an exchange or return/refund of the item(s):-
a) change of mind; b) free gift or premium; c) any glucose meter test strips; d) changes in product packaging; e) any medical equipment including but not limited to medical bed, wheelchair etc; f) personal hygiene products including but not limited to face mask, grooming products, eye drop etc; g) non-fit for wearable item(s) such as face mask, gloves etc; or h) any item(s) on promotion or sale, and any purchases made with discount coupons.
Order Cancellation
We reserve our right to cancel any order made on our website if the said item(s) is not available for any reasons. We will notify you of any cancellations made by us and return any payment made by you. Refunds will be credited into your account based on your original payment method.
We shall not entertain any request for cancellation of any order made by you once an order confirmation email has been issued and/or the item(s) has been collected by any courier companies.
