1. Shipping & delivery service is available for purchase within Malaysia.
   
   
2. The parcel will be delivered by the courier company appointed by Sunway Multicare Pharmacy.
   
   
3. The amendment of delivery address is not allowed after order confirmation.
   
   
4. All orders received will be processed on working days (Monday to Friday), except on public holidays.
   
   
5. Please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive your parcel after it has been shipped.
   
   
6. The delivery timeline will align with the working days of the service provided.
   
   

Shipping Rates

1. West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM8 for order below RM100. East Malaysia - RM12 for order below RM200.
   
   
2. Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over RM100 & above, available for West Malaysia addresses only.
