How do I register an account?
Click on the human icon on the top right to register. If you have already registered an account at our outlet / on Sunway Super App, you may use the same email & phone number to register your account on our website.
How do I collect Sunway Points?
You have to use the same email & phone number that you registered on Sunway Super App in order to collect points.
Can I redeem my Sunway Points on Sunway Multicare Pharmacy online store?
Yes you may! Upon the checkout, kindly key in your 6-digit password to redeem the points.
What do I do if I forget my account password?
On the login page, click on "Forgot Password" and the system will guide you through the steps to reset password.
When will I get my order?
Please allow at least 5-7 working days to receive your order.
How do I track my order?
Tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel is shipped.
What is the expiry date of all products in an online store?
All products in the website have more than six months of expiry date, short expiry will be stated in product description.
