HOW IS INSTANT GOLDEN OATS BENEFICIAL?
Oat-based breakfast has gained popularity nowadays; it tastes good and provides numerous benefits to human health. In the 19th century, there had an oat that produces in a limited quantity, known as Golden Oats, that has high nutritional values and only provided for the noble lords.
HOW TO TAKE IT?
Add 2 tablespoons (40g) into 1/3 of lukewarm water (100ml) and stir evenly, continue adding another 2/3 of hot water (200 mL) and mix well. If you prefer an enhanced flavor serving, Instant Golden Oats can be mixed with fruit juices, milk, honey, sauces, gravies, soups or salad dressings; sprinkled on cereal, cottage cheese or yogurt. For those who have diabetes, adding honey into the product is not recommended.
