What is Click and Collect?
Click and Collect is a shopping option where you buy online and pick up the item in-store instead of having it delivered.
How does it work?
Itโs easy! At checkout, youโll see a โStore Pickupโ option. Simply select it and choose the nearest store.
Is there any charges for Click and Collect?
Donโt worryโno delivery fees will be charged.
How long will my Click & Collect order take?
Your order will be ready for collection in approximately 2 working days.
How do I know when my order is ready for collection?
You will receive an email notification from us once your order is ready.ย
What do I need to bring or do upon collection?
Please approach our outlet staff and present your Order ID. You will also be required to provide your name and signature for acknowledgement.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes! Just make sure they have your confirmation email and can provide their name and signature at the store.
How long will the outlet keep my order?
Your order will be held for 5 working days from the date the collection email is sent.
What happens if I donโt collect my order within the specified time?
If the order is not collected within the stipulated period, it will be returned to our HQ. The order will then be cancelled and refunded. However, a 2% processing fee will be applied.
CanI cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Cancellation requests will not be accommodated unless stated otherwise.ย
What if I find out there is an issue with my order, like a missing item?
We would advise you to inspect the parcel upon collection. If you are unable to do so, please ensure that you have an unboxing video for verification purposes.ย
