Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in very few foods. Vitamin D is produced in the skin through sunlight exposure. Therefore, it is also known as Sunlight Vitamin.

Vita D3 1000 contains easy to consume once a day tablet vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). Each tablet of Vita D3 1000 is equivalent to 10 glasses of milk (200mL each), providing high strength of vitamin D3 in the diet.
