Product Description
Gout- a common type of arthritis that causes intensely painful, sudden inflammation attacks โ occurs when your bodyโs uric acid reaches abnormally high levels. Uric acid is a waste product which accumulates in your body when you consume excessive amounts of puerine-rich food and beverage like shellfish, beer and red meat. Over time, the accumulated uric acid crystallises and deposits in your joint causing gout.
Common gout symptoms are
- A swollen, sensitive big toe
- Inflamed, red, warm and painful joints
- Oversensitivity and tenderness
- Limited range of movement
- Lingering discomfort lasting between a few days to several weeks
